It is likely to get even better with time

  • Knowing how to answer more queries (or more accurately, how to get you the answers you’re looking for)

It is a manifestation of good product design

  • Aesthetically pleasing, check
  • Functional, check
  • Built-in data collection for constant service improvement, check
  • Is a gateway to much, much more consumption on other services, check!
